疫情打乱了很多人的生活，也让很多人意识到一些食材正常化的重要性。包括主食、肉类、易储存的果蔬、方便食品、速冻食品等等。

1.咖喱(泰国/日本)

如果家里没有咖喱，请赶紧囤起来。块根类蔬菜遇到咖喱就变得美味，比如土豆、胡萝卜、洋葱、茄子等。基本上任何蔬菜加咖喱都会加分不少。

泰式咖喱

推荐两种咖喱。一个是下图的泰式咖喱。real thai的系列咖喱(红绿黄)都很不错，尤其是红咖喱和绿咖喱，有很浓的泰式风味。红咖喱适合搭配海鲜，绿咖喱适合搭配鸡肉或者蔬菜。当然，这不是绝对的。可以根据自己的喜好选择。

做菜的时候有个小窍门，就是在锅里加一点油炒咖喱糊，这样做出来的咖喱味道更浓郁更正宗。下图是我的红咖喱鸡片。红咖喱比绿咖喱辣，而且很好吃。

先加点油把菜炒熟，再把新鲜的菜加水烧开煮。然后加入咖喱块，搅拌融化，再炖至粘稠。最后加入白米饭，Aauto Quicker的简单咖喱饭就完成了。

下图底部的菜是我自己做的腐竹。最后加了两勺沙茶酱调味。没想到味道很好。我推荐你去试试。

沙茶酱搭配冷冻小海鲜也很不错。如果冰箱里有冰冻的鱿鱼须、章鱼或虾，用一个青椒或胡萝卜炒一下，最后加两勺沙茶酱，甜甜的小海鲜就做好了。章鱼的味道很好。

3.郫县豆瓣酱

说到调味而不是豆沙，肯定有人不服气。豆瓣酱作为川菜的灵魂，在调味行业永远有一席之地！如果你想菜辣一点，就加一勺豆瓣酱。可以说，只要有郫县豆瓣酱，就不会有失败的麻婆豆腐~

炒菜的时候记得先用油炒豆瓣酱，炒出红油和香气，这样炒菜更香。

我在麻婆豆腐里加了一点自制的牛肉丸，大大的牛肉丸和豆瓣酱的辣味刺激味蕾，一下子干掉了两碗饭。

4.韩国辣酱

下图的炸猪脖子是用韩式辣酱调味的。最后的成品又甜又辣，和猪颈本身的酥脆口感很搭。出乎意料的好吃~

5.大蒜酱

很多菜都少不了大蒜。如果疫情封闭，大蒜可能就不好买了。这时候如果家里囤积了蒜泥酱，就可以派上用场了。用来烧烤，蘸着吃，蒸着吃都是可以的。原料是大蒜、植物油和盐。植物油挡住了蒜味，不用担心蒜味不够。

最常见的娃娃菜还是大白菜，加一点蒜蓉酱，淋上一勺酱油，蒸一下，其实挺好的。

6.发酵豆腐

有一种说法是，如果疫情封闭期间家里准备一些咸菜，会轻松很多。毕竟面包，蛋糕，馒头之类的不好买。早上想喝点粥或者吃点泡饭，有咸菜之类的就方便多了。在这些产品中，腐乳是第一种。

9.番茄沙司

番茄酱炒大虾是经典搭配。通常如果做一些西红柿炒鸡蛋之类的菜，也可以在加入西红柿后再加入一些番茄酱。味道更丰富，更美味。

10.蚝油
